DIEGO COSTA TO LEAVE CHELSEA, SIGNS CONTRACT WITH CHINESE CLUB

Chelsea striker, Diego Costa is set to dump the London club and jump off the London Bridge as he is believed to have signed a £30m-a-year deal with a Chinese club.

The deal which will not take effect immediately but until the summer, will see that the striker joins former teammate, Mikel Obi in the Chinese league.

Recall that Costa wanted a move in January but was blocked by the blues following Coach Antonio’s decision to keep him in the team as Chelsea continues to fight for the Premier League title.

Costa will now be allowed to leave the club in the summer and become one of the highest paid players in the world owing to a £30m-a-year pre-arrangement deal.

Costa joined Chelsea from Atletico Madrid in a £32m deal in 2014 and has since scored 52 goals in 102 appearances for the club.
